Orders and Shipping

Order Process:

1. Placing an Order: Orders can be conveniently placed through our website. Simply add your desired products to your bag and proceed to checkout.
2. Account Creation: While creating an account is not mandatory, it facilitates smoother order tracking and faster checkouts. You can choose to check out as a guest if preferred.
3. Payment: We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal, for a secure and convenient transaction.
4. Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase.

Shipping & Handling:

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We strive to ensure timely processing so you can get your order as soon as possible.
2. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you can track your order via your Account dashboard.
3. Shipping Carrier: We partner with a reputable shipping carrier to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your order
4. UAE Shipping: We provide multiple shipping methods as mentioned below.
   • Shipping Charges: All orders from 150 AED and above are free; below this you will be required to pay 25 AED shipping and handling charge per order.
   • Cash on Delivery: There are no additional charges for cash on delivery.
   • Same Day Delivery: We provide same day delivery in most areas across United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, same day deliveries are only possible for orders made by 12PM.
   • Next Day Delivery: We provide next day delivery for orders placed by 6PM. Orders that are placed after that cut-off time will be delivered the following day. Next day deliveries may not be possible for certain areas in the UAE. Please contact our customer support team to know more.
   • Special Delivery Areas: Delivery to the following areas will be charged as per the fee mentioned. Free Delivery on all orders above 150 AED will not apply to delivery areas listed below. If your location is out of city limits and not mentioned in this list, kindly contact our customer support team to know if we can ship to your area.
